Sarah Ruby is an Associate Creative Director for Vogue, located in Brooklyn New York.

Sarah Ruby is driven by design in every form.  This passion has steered her through a highly successful career at some of the most iconic brands worldwide, including Vogue, Condé Nast, and L’Oréal USA.  She has developed creative campaigns across a range of industries, including fashion, beauty, luxury goods, automotive, finance, and spirits.

The California native studied architecture at the California Polytechnic State University prior to attending the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York.  Shortly after receiving her Masters of Science Program in Communication Design, Sarah moved to London and began her career as the Senior Designer for XYMBIO.  The following year, Sarah returned stateside and joined the L’Oréal USA design team, developing collateral for beauty retailers.

In 2005, Sarah joined Condé Nast Publications as part of the launch team at Cookie Magazine, followed by a position at Bride’s.  With a focus on print and branded content campaigns, digital platforms, and experiential programs, her efforts garnered significant revenue from an array of luxury and mass advertisers.

In 2012, Sarah was offered a job at Vogue.  As Associate Creative Director, her leadership style and creative prowess set the standard amongst her peers and junior designers alike to develop multi-platform pitches touching on Vogue brand pillars: fashion, culture, and art, that stretched across digital, tablet, print, and events.  The result was continual new business for the magazine.
